Pizza a metro

The pizza a metro, unique in its flavors, thanks to the skill of pizza-maker Antonella, is the specialty of Pizzeria Catarì. It can be enjoyed by 3 or 4 people and allows multiple combinations of flavors that will delight the palate.

Ingredients:
+ 750g of pizza dough
Farcitura:
· ‘Rustica’:
+ Parisian Cream
+ mozzarella
+ Roasted Artichokes
+ Bacon

· ‘Tua’:  
+ walnut cream
+ mozzarella
+ gorgonzola
+ Turkey breast
+ arugula
+ cheese shavings
+ nuts
· ‘Mediterranea’:
+ pesto genovese
+ tomatoes
+ mozzarella
+ cheese shavings

Directions:

Roll out the pizza dough stretching until you have a default measure. Then season it with the ingredients of various flavors, enriched with olive oil and basil, automatically dividing the pizza into three equal parts.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes. Serve it hot.
