L. T. Comte de Turpin de Crisse
He was a well-known landscape painter, born in Paris in 1781. In 1824 he became general inspector of fine arts in Paris. His paintings and drawings can be found in many museums of France. Between 1824 and 1825 Count lived in Ischia, in Sentinella, crossed the island in all directions, painting and drawing.
