Rudolf Pointer
Rudolf Pointer was born in Zadar in the former Yugoslavia in 1907, but has always lived in Graz (Austria) and Forio. Self-taught painter and drawing teacher, came to the attention of critics and scholars for his ability to represent an inner world rich in character, of surreal images, figures symbolic evocations fantastic. A beautiful art critic on painting Pointer was written by the artist Teresa Coppa in the fall of 1981 on the island of Ischia Weekly.
