About Villa Livia
Villa Livia was built in the sixties as a private resort and has just restructured in order to keep the charming vintage style of Ischia.
The house is located in the Cartaromana district, a strategic and quiet area of the island, 5 minutes walking distance from the best beaches/restaurants such as Eden and Gardenia beach club.
The view from the house is predominantly of the beautiful Aragonese Castle and goes all across the bay to mount Vesuvio, Sorrento, Procida and Capri, the island on the right.
One of the best attractions of the house is with no doubt the wine cellar containing a lot of precious old bottles from all over the world.

Guests will enjoy time to relax on the beautiful terrace or in the garden where they can have lunch/dinner under the gazebo in front of the sea.
