Ingredients:
+ zucchini
+ mushrooms
+ peppers
+ eggplants
+ green beans
+ peppers
+ broccoli
+ mint
+ carrots
+ cabbage
+ tomato
+ saffron
+ vinegar and oil
+ garlic

Directions:

Grill the zucchini, peppers, and eggplant. To Zucchini adds saffron, to eggplants is added vinegar, oil and garlic. The mushrooms, broccoli and peppers are stir-fried, chilli is added to the tomato. The green beans, kale and cabbage are stews, while carrots are boiled and seasoned with mint.
