Maison de Charme
Our Maison de Charme is located in S.Angelo a small fishing village . A magic place rich of charme.
Here in 1933 found unexpected landing a young German woman , Linda Penzel , that fell in love with this magical place and with the man of her life , Alberto Mattera.
The connection of these two talented souls led to the foundation and the development of a great passion for hospitality.
Today, the same spirit and atmosphere inspire Villa Margherita and Casa di Ale, set on a quiet and relaxing position , fit for guests who wish to experience a unique and fascination holiday, rich in particulars and attention to details.
The location is unique, quiet and relaxing, suitable for the most demanding guests, attracted by the charm of detail and details.
The Villa Margherita offers a part of a villa and entails exactly an entrance hall with library corner and a piano.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath and shower, a kitchenette, a sea-facing terrace furnished with care.

Suite Linda
This Suite is dedicated to LINDA PENZEL, a strong woman, sometimes authoritarian but also affable and very hospitable. The whole Borgo of Sant'Angelo owes much to you, to your intuition and to your audacity.
It has laid the foundations for the development of tourism in the country. The LINDA Suite is located on the first floor of the villa.

Casa Ale
This new space is a small authentic corner of paradise.
The Casa Ale, our charming villa, enjoys an enchanting position and offers air conditioning and heating in all areas:
- three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, one with a French bed)
- with three bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtub)
- a nice and equipped kitchen,

(with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and gas cooker)
