Felix Mendelssohn

He came to Ischia in 1831, was a young composer and a virtuoso piano player. He was accompanied by three friends, and they stayed at Pannella. Unfortunately he could not see much of the island due to bad weather, in his diary described the clothes of that time, drew pictures unfortunately lost.
